A day to focus on you, your triathlon mindset, skills, and strategy.
The Women’s Triathlon Day Camp is an immersive, supportive experience that blends mindset, skills, and strategy across swim, bike, and run. You’ll build confidence, sharpen race-smart skills, and leave feeling present, powerful, and ready to take on the season with ease and inspiration.
Throughout the day, discover new strategies, refresh old ones, and integrate a deliberate mindset and purposeful skills for triathlon training and racing.
The goal of camp is for you to come away with deeper self belief, tools you can use and renewed inspiration in your triathlon journey.
Coaches
Kirsten Lewis & Raeleigh Harris have many years of wisdom and experience coaching athletes in triathlon and multisport. Both coaches focus on empowering female athletes of all levels and are excited to make a difference in campers lives.
Location
Inside of the California State Park of Granite Beach (Sierra Foothills)
Swim training will be in Folsom Lake
Bike & Run training will be inside of the Park on Park roads and trails
